The theory for the course will all be completed and must be passed online before your practical session.

The course will cover:

• Health and Safety.

• Anatomy and Physiology of the feet.

• The Ancient and Historical roots of Reflexology.

• Contraindications and contractions.

• Individual reflexes of the feet and associated reflexes.

• A one hour reflexology treatment sequence using the Ingham Method. The Ingham Method covers individual organs and systems of the whole body.

Once you have successfully completed this course you will be qualified to treat clients and obtain insurance.
